In class I strive for a balanced practice, so each one of the students can feel the benefits of the poses, improve their practice, and come out feeling refreshed and energised.
The poses vary weekly so we learn to strengthen and open different areas in the body, while our mind learns to quiet down.

Do I have to bring any equipment with me?
The studio is well equipped with mats and props so it is up to you if you like to have your own mat there.
What should I eat before class?
It is advisable not to eat before class, ideally at least 2 hours. Try to have a light breakfast or an early light dinner so it won't interfere with your yoga asana.
What should I wear to a yoga class?
Any leggings/trainers that allows you to move freely is fine. It is best to be able to see the shape of the body so loose fitting clothes are less advisable. A jumper for the end of class is always nice. Please be advised that the class is being taught barefoot.
